Shipping policy

All items are handmade/custom-made to order.  Please all 3-5 business days for processing before shipping.  Some custom hat orders require a special-order patch to match your design.  In these cases, please allow an additional 7-21 business days for patch production before your order ships.  We will notify you if your order requires a special-order patch or if additional time is needed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  Shipping times vary by carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
